We are legally obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where Kieslect sales tax applies. Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. You can view the tax amount before completing your purchase.

Most voucher codes cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions (e.g., bundle offers or flash sales), unless explicitly stated in the voucher's terms. To use a voucher, enter the code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout—the system will verify its validity for your order.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We offer a 30-day return period for most Kieslect smartwatches and accessories, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition (free from scratches, dents, or signs of wear). All included accessories (charging cable, user manual, warranty card) must be returned. Customized products (e.g., engraved straps) are non-returnable unless defective.

All Kieslect smartwatches come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Should your watch malfunction during the warranty period (and not due to accidental damage or misuse): Contact our customer support team at support@kieslect-us.com with your order number and photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or repair, depending on the issue. For defective products, we cover all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor's processing times.

You may cancel or modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or update the product model) within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.
